Q: Can you hold an item for me until my next box?
A: We try to meet every request for our very special Moms but we have a very high turnover of inventory and unfortunately we cannot accommodate “hold” requests. If you love an item, we strongly suggest you keep the item or request your next box sooner than 6 weeks to increase the chances it will still be in stock.
Q: I love something in my box but need it in a different size?
A: Please email us to check availability (email@example.com). If we have the item, we will pull your size for an exchange. Please be sure to indicate the size you need on your feedback card. As soon as we receive your return box, so long as your item is in stock, we will send it out ASAP. Shipping for a size exchange is free. Please note, if the item is no longer available, you will receive an email with that information. If you only plan to keep one item in your box and send it back to us without checking availability, there is the possibility the item is no longer in stock. If you Return all your items and request a size exchange for an item that is not in stock or no longer available, you forfeit use of your Styling Fee credit for that Shipment.
Q: I love something in my box, can I get it in a different color?
A: You can email us or ask for another color on your feedback card. If we have the item in another color, and in your size, we're happy to send you the additional item for a discounted shipping fee of $4. Your Styling Fee Credit does NOT apply to any items other than the items that were included in your latest Shipment.
Q: Can I get my box sooner than 6 weeks?
A: Absolutely! When we receive your return box, you will get a confirmation email and receipt. If you would like your next box sooner, please reply to the email from our Shipments Team or indicate the date you would like your next box on your feedback card. Please note the earliest we can send your next box is 3 weeks.
Q: How long is my subscription good for?
A: As long as you want! We keep you automatically enrolled unless you email us or indicate on your feedback card that you would like to “cancel” your subscription. Please note, Mamaʼs MilkBox reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time with or without cause.
Q: How long do I have my box for?
A: Mamaʼs MilkBox Subscribers enjoy their Mama's MilkBox goodies for three days. When your Shipment departs our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information and the date that any Returns must be received back to our Warehouse. Return Dates are estimated to include all the time it takes for your items to travel to you, three days and the amount of time it would take for Returns to make it back to our Warehouse. Please note, all Mamaʼs MilkBoxes Returns are due back by their Return Date or we presume you loved everything in the box and we charge your card for the total. We accept Returns up to 7 days past your Return Due Date (the "Grace Period") for a $5 Late Fee and you can find more details about our Returns Process in our Terms of Service.
Q: I forgot to include something in my box or changed my mind. Can I ship it back?
A: We cannot accept returns after your initial Mamaʼs MilkBox return has been sent.
Q: I read something wrong and my Return Box will be received by the warehouse later than my Due Date. Help!
A: We offer a seven day grace period for all of our Subscribers for a $5 Late Fee. That means we will accept your Mama's MilkBox returns up to and including seven days past your Return Due Date. Because this is a service for Moms, that was created by a Mom, we know stuff comes up! If you have a unique situation, please email us. We appreciate your understanding that delays in any of your Returns tie up our inventory, disrupt our production schedule and create delays for other Mama's MilkBox Subscribers. Additionally, please note if your box is returned during the Grace Period for two consecutive Shipments, we will terminate your subscription. If you send your Return Mama's MilkBox beyond the Grace Period, your items will be donated to the Genesis House of Pittsburgh and we will email you a tax-deductible donation receipt.
